We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic General Duty Assistant (GDA) Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students enrolled in the GDA program. The trainer will be responsible for conducting classroom and practical sessions, assessing trainees, and ensuring they are job-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theory and practical training for the GDA course.
- Conduct demonstrations, assessments, and evaluations.
- Maintain training records and documentation.
- Guide and mentor students throughout the training program.
- Ensure compliance with training standards and quality requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
- Experience: 0–5 years
- Freshers with GNM are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring healthcare students.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of patient care and healthcare practices.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to manage classroom and practical training sessions.
Salary
