Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Fast2SMS's communication and marketing solutions, including Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, Voice Calls, OTP Services, RCS Messaging, and related products. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, product demonstrations, and closing business deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Prospect and acquire B2B clients across industries such as e-commerce, education, healthcare, finance, and startups.
- Present and demonstrate Fast2SMS's solutions to prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up on inbound and outbound leads to maximize conversions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Lead generation and prospecting experience.
- Client relationship management skills.
- Basic understanding of SaaS, SMS marketing, WhatsApp API, or digital communication solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
