Salary: Rs.20,000 – Rs.25,000(Negotiable based on experience, language proficiency, and teaching expertise.)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly proficient Multilingual Language Tutor to provide one-on-one language training to senior management personnel. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi, with excellent teaching and communication skills. The tutor will help management professionals develop confidence in speaking and understanding these languages for effective business communication, client interactions, and regional operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized language training sessions for senior management.
- Teach Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi from beginner to advanced levels.
- Develop customized learning plans based on the learner's goals and proficiency.
- Improve conversational fluency, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and business communication skills.
- Monitor learning progress and provide regular performance feedback.
- Teach practical workplace communication relevant to business operations.
- Translate and explain business terms, documents, and conversations when required.
- Maintain confidentiality while working with senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Languages, Education, or Literature preferred).
- Professional certification in language training or teaching is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in language training, preferably for corporate professionals or executives.
Mandatory Skills
- Fluent in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi (Speaking)
- Good command of English for instruction and communication.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate communication and business etiquette.
- Patient, adaptable, and result-oriented teaching approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
