About the role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Hisar. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential buyers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful plot sales. This is a high-earning opportunity with uncapped commission on every plot closed.
Key responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective plot buyers from provided lead dataExplain real estate project details, plot specifications, and pricingBuild rapport with potential clients and schedule site visitsFollow up regularly with interested leads to close salesMaintain and update lead status records daily
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented attitude0–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (freshers welcome)Qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass / Any graduatePrior real estate telecalling experience preferred but not mandatory
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
