Job Title : Talent Acquisition Intern– US Staffing
Experience
- Prior internship experience in US IT/Non-IT Recruitment
- Mandatory experience in a US Staffing company
- Experience working with direct clients, MSP/VMS, or implementation partners is preferred.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle
- Strong experience sourcing candidates through:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Dice
- Monster
- Indeed
- Boolean Search
- Understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, etc.)
- Experience recruiting across multiple technologies and domains
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in US shift timings
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for US-based positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update the ATS regularly.
- Build long-term relationships with consultants and candidates.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline( Preffered- MBA,BBA)
- Experience working with direct clients or MSP programs.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment compliance and documentation.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
