Role Summary
We are seeking a highly articulate and confident Telecaller / Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Head in client outreach, lead qualification, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally engage with prospective clients and represent the company effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Head in reaching out to prospective clients through calls and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Sales Head.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and nurture client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying and qualifying potential opportunities.
Key Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong command of Hindi and English (additional languages will be an advantage).
- Confident, persuasive, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple follow-ups effectively.
Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer relations, or sales coordination.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹11,453.20 - ₹25,000.00 per month
