Front Office Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and admission procedures efficiently.
- Maintain front office records, patient files, and billing-related documentation.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the concerned departments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Provide information regarding hospital services, appointments, and consultation timings.
- Handle patient feedback and resolve basic queries in a polite and professional manner.
- Ensure proper communication between patients and hospital staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the front office reception area.
- Support cash handling, billing coordination, and report preparation when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
- Work in rotational shifts and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
Skills Required
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle patients and visitors professionally.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
