Job Title: Senior Menswear Designer
Location: Nagpur (Onsite)
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 5–7 Years
About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Menswear Designer to lead the design and development of menswear collections from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, fabric sourcing, and collection development, along with excellent leadership and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop seasonal menswear collections and product ranges.
- Conduct trend research and translate insights into commercially viable designs.
- Create sketches, technical drawings, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Manage end-to-end product development from concept to final production.
- Handle client interactions, custom design requirements, and costing discussions.
- Develop prints, surface embellishments, and innovative design elements.
- Ensure proper garment construction, fitting, draping, and finishing standards.
- Source fabrics, trims, and accessories while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with production teams, vendors, and other stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Lead and mentor design team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Monitor collection timelines and ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain design documentation and product specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Menswear Design.

- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Procreate
- CLO 3D (Mandatory)

- Strong client handling and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of costing, sourcing, and production processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively.
