Job Description :
KB Wines Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Warehouse Inventory Control Executive for its liquor godown operations. The candidate will be responsible for physical stock verification, load sheet matching, inventory control, and ensuring accurate dispatch of goods. The role also includes regular stock audits of all brands and supervision of labour activities during loading and unloading of the vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Physical verification of liquor stock before dispatch
- Cross-checking stock with load sheets and dispatch documents
- Ensuring correct quantity, brand, and SKU accuracy
- Identifying and reporting shortages, excess, or mismatches
- Monthly and periodic stock audits of all brands in godown
- Surprise/random stock verification as required
- Supervising labour during loading and unloading operations
- Ensuring proper handling and movement of goods by labour
- Coordinating with dispatch/TP and warehouse team
- Maintaining basic inventory and verification records
Requirements
- Basic reading, counting, and verification skills
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility
- Ability to supervise labour and warehouse operations
- Experience in warehouse/godown preferred
- Fresher can apply (training provided)
- Honest, disciplined, and alert mindset required
