About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Officer who can generate new business opportunities for our digital marketing agency. The candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client handling, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
This role is focused on sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management for services like:
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- SEO
- Website Development
- Branding
- Lead Generation Campaigns
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and networking
- Generate leads and schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Explain agency services and prepare customized proposals
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business and upselling
- Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams
- Maintain sales reports and CRM updates
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services
- Confidence in client interaction and presentations
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Experience in sales/business development is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is a plus
