Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who is more than an exceptional designer—a leader who can inspire, mentor, and drive a high-performing design team. This role demands strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to translate luxury design concepts into flawless execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership
- Lead the design team from concept development to project completion.
- Develop innovative, luxury-focused design concepts aligned with the Attitudes brand philosophy.
- Review and approve design drawings, presentations, and client deliverables before submission.
- Ensure every project maintains the highest standards of creativity, functionality, and detailing.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level designers.
- Allocate work efficiently based on project priorities and team capabilities.
- Conduct regular design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain quality benchmarks.
- Build a collaborative, disciplined, and performance-driven work culture.
Project Management
- Manage multiple luxury residential projects simultaneously.
- Ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved without compromise.
- Coordinate effectively with production, procurement, site teams, and management.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve design or execution challenges.
Client Management
- Lead client meetings and presentations with confidence and professionalism.
- Understand client aspirations and convert them into refined design solutions.
- Maintain excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Expertise
- Prepare and review:
- Layout Plans
- Elevations
- Sections
- Detailed Working Drawings
- Furniture & Joinery Details
- Material Specifications
- Ensure all drawings are technically accurate and production-ready.
- Coordinate with vendors and production teams to achieve flawless execution.
Quality & Process Management
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, documentation processes, and design standards.
- Review project documentation before execution.
- Maintain accuracy in BOQs, specifications, and material selections.
- Drive efficiency, accountability, and process improvements within the design team.

Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in luxury residential interiors or bespoke furniture design.
- Prior experience in leading a design team is mandatory.
- Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential projects, wardrobes, dressing spaces, and custom furniture detailing.
