Looking for an Event Coordinator on weekends to manage and execute film screenings, festivals, and experiential events across venues, hotels, cafés, and partner spaces.
The role involves coordinating with venues and vendors, managing on-ground event operations, handling logistics and audience flow, and ensuring every event runs smoothly from setup to wrap-up.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and excited about cinema, culture, and live experiences. Prior experience in events, hospitality, entertainment, or production is preferred.
This is a fast-paced startup role with significant ownership and growth opportunities.
