Job Summary
Gold Coin Realty is hiring a Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to manage front desk operations and provide a professional experience for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and business associates.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
- Ensure timely entry of client inquiries, follow-ups, and appointment details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, Guest Relations, or CRM handling.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Marathi is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Professional attitude with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: 1 day per week (as per company schedule)
