Gayatri Minerals Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our growing team.
Location: Junjala, Nagaur, Rajasthan
Position: HR Generalist
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
✔ Employee Onboarding & Induction
✔ Payroll Coordination & Attendance Management
✔ Labour Law & Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, Factories Act, Mines Act, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
✔ Contract Labour Management
✔ Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
✔ Performance Management & Training Coordination
✔ HR MIS & Reporting
Preferred Industry Experience:
Candidates with experience in Mining, Minerals, Manufacturing, Cement, Industrial Plants, or Factory Operations will be preferred.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance
- Experience managing blue-collar and contract workforce
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
- High integrity, ownership, and willingness to work in a field-based industrial environment
