Job Summary
Varthana is looking for an Executive - Operations who will be processing the loan application and disbursing the loan amount for the customer after scanning the documents and reviewing the CIBIL reports. The candidate will also be coordinating with the Sales team and the Credit team for collecting accurate information and resolving queries with them.
Key Role Deliverables
File Login & Process Compliance: Logging to the file based on stipulated products /process standards
Document Scanning & Verification: Scanning the required documents before processing the loan for the customer
CIBIL Analysis & Credit Assessment: Examining the CIBIL reports of the clients will help in determining their creditworthiness and making appropriate decisions
Credit & Sales Team Coordination: Coordinating with the credit and sales teams to address any issues
Client Health Check & Loan Processing: Conducting client pre-policy health checks before processing a loan application based on product or procedure standards
