QA MANAGER
Quality Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with business objectives.
- Auditing & Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP, or FDA).
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement, analyze defect data, and implement root-cause corrective actions.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor QA and QC staff to foster a company-wide culture of excellence.
