Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage the collections and receivables process across all branches, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments.
· Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the collections process.
· Collaborate with branch managers and sales teams to ensure alignment and support in achieving collection targets.
· Monitor accounts receivable balances, identify delinquent accounts, and take appropriate action to recover outstanding amounts.
· Prepare and present regular reports on collections status, aging of receivables, and recovery efforts to management.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to facilitate prompt payment and address any issues or disputes.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all collection activities.
· Manage and mentor a team of collections and receivables staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
· Work closely with the finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate recording and reporting of receivables.
· Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve the performance of the collections function.
· Handle escalated customer issues and negotiate payment plans or settlements as needed.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in managing collections and receivables at a managerial level, particularly in a multi-branch environment.
· Strong background in accounting and finance, with a deep understanding of accounts receivable processes.
· Knowledge of sales and customer relationship management.
· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
· Proficiency in relevant software and tools for managing collections and receivables.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Ability to travel to various branches as required.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
