- Strong experience in customer relationship management and client handling.
- Ability to interact confidently with VIP and high-value clients.
- Polished personality with professional etiquette and presentation.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide a personalized experience.
- Comfortable handling follow-ups, appointments, client queries, and relationship building.
- Candidates who have worked with reputed brands or premium retail companies will be preferred.
