Position: Front Office Executive
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Manage appointments and meeting schedules.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers.
- Maintain visitor records and reception area.
- Provide basic administrative support and data entry.
- Coordinate with different departments as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in a front office or receptionist role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
