Key Responsibilities:
- Manage plant-level HR operations and employee relations
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and attendance management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee records
- Support performance management and workforce engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of plant/factory HR functions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment
