Salary
- ₹37,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities
- Travel coordination: Manage domestic and international travel bookings, ticketing, hotel reservations, and transport arrangements for employees.
- Vendor management: Liaise with travel agencies, hotels, and transport providers to ensure cost-effective and efficient services.
- Administrative support: Oversee office administration tasks including facility management, documentation, and compliance.
- Expense tracking: Monitor travel-related expenses and prepare reports for management review.
- Employee assistance: Provide support to staff for travel queries, itinerary changes, and emergency arrangements.
- Policy compliance: Ensure adherence to company travel and administrative policies.
Skills Required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel management tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
