Job Summary
The Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the organization. The role includes managing office facilities, coordinating with vendors, maintaining records, supporting employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative activities and office operations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, transport, and other service providers.
- Maintain records of visitors, assets, stationery, and office equipment.
- Handle office correspondence, courier services, and document filing.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of office infrastructure and utilities.
- Assist in organizing meetings, training programs, and company events.
- Monitor attendance records and support HR-related administrative activities.
- Manage vendor agreements, quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of office facilities.
- Maintain company vehicles, insurance records, and statutory documents as applicable.
- Support audits and compliance activities by maintaining required records.
- Prepare administrative reports and MIS as required by management.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Additional qualification in Administration or Management will be preferred.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Administration.
- Experience in manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry preferred.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.

Working Conditions
