TeamFit is a leading fitness company operating multiple Cult Gym and Gold's Gym centres across Bengaluru. We continuously improve our operations through technology and AI-driven automation. Our internal portal powers key business functions, including facilities management, finance, audits, vendor management, operations, compliance, and reporting.
We're looking for an AI process automation associate who can transform business processes into practical digital tools using AI. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, improving workflows, and working with AI to build internal applications.
About the Role
This is not a traditional software development role.
Instead of writing code from scratch, you'll work closely with business teams to understand their processes, convert them into clear functional requirements, guide AI tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to build solutions, test them thoroughly, and ensure they work exactly as intended.
You'll become the bridge between business operations and technology, helping digitise and automate how TeamFit operates.
Key Responsibilities
- Study company SOPs, operating manuals, and internal policies to understand business workflows.
- Convert business processes into digital tools such as:
- Forms
- Checklists
- Approval workflows
- Registers
- Dashboards
- Reports
- Notifications and reminders
- Write clear, structured prompts and specifications for AI tools to develop and enhance portal features.
- Test every feature thoroughly before deployment, ensuring it aligns with business policies and user requirements.
- Gather requirements from department heads and convert them into practical portal solutions.
- Review and audit existing tools to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders during feature implementation and rollout.
- Train end users on newly released features and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain documentation of workflows, business rules, and process updates.
- Ensure internal tools remain updated as company policies and operations evolve.
- Support continuous process automation initiatives across departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, computer applications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in operations, business analysis, process improvement, product operations, or similar roles.
- Strong ability to understand business processes and convert them into structured workflows.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working with technology, web applications, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on process improvement.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms, including:
- Airtable
- Retool
- Zapier
- Notion
- Google Apps Script
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or data analysis.
- Experience in multi-location businesses such as retail, fitness, hospitality, F&B, or healthcare.
- Prior experience in business analyst, operations analyst, project coordinator, product operations, founder's office, or process excellence roles.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
