- Welcome Customers: Greet vehicle owners and listen to their service needs.
- Inspect & Diagnose: Check two-wheelers and create digital job cards.
- Bridge the Gap: Guide technicians on repairs and update customers on progress.
- Drive Sales: Boost revenue by promoting AMC, polish, and value-added services.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years in two-wheeler service centers (TVS experience is a plus!).
- Skills: Great communication, friendly personality, and basic bike technical knowledge.
- Must-Haves: Valid two-wheeler driving license and basic computer skills.
