Position Overview: Key Responsibilities
· Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and policies in compliance with ISO and GMP standards.
· Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
· Review and approve batch records, specifications, and other quality-related documentation.
· Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC), Production team to ensure proper testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
· Identify and investigate quality deviations, non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
· Perform internal audits and support external customer audits.
· Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health regulations within the production facility.
· Maintain documentation and records as per ISO and company policies.
· Train and educate production and quality teams on standard operating procedures and best practices. Prepare and maintain training records.
· Collaborate with R&D and production teams for process improvements and new product development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the speciality chemicals, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical industry.
- Experience with Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint tools.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards.
- Experience with quality practices, CAPA implementation, and process validation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and industry software.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Visual acuity to inspect products and read documents or computer screens.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
