We are looking for a creative and experienced Architect to lead residential and commercial and renovation projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and experience coordinating with consultants and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop residential architectural designs and concepts.
Prepare drawings, layouts, and documentation using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and execution teams.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and permit requirements.
Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during execution.
Manage project quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
