Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for facility staff, housekeeping personnel, technical staff, supervisors, and corporate employees.
- Coordinate manpower planning and deployment based on client requirements and operational needs.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Bonus, and other applicable regulations.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, disciplinary matters, and engagement initiatives.
- Assist in organizing induction, training, and development programs to enhance workforce productivity.
- Support performance management processes and employee evaluation systems.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, operations teams, and management to ensure optimal workforce utilization and service delivery.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Staffing, or Workforce Management.
- Strong expertise in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and manpower deployment.
- Hands-on experience in Employee Relations, payroll administration, and labour law compliance.
- Good knowledge of statutory compliances including PF, ESI, Bonus, CLRA, Minimum Wages, and related labour regulations.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and HR reporting tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a large workforce and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
