Senior Talent Acquisition Executive
Experience
A minimum of 5-7 years in talent acquisition or a related field is required. Candidates with a proven track record in corporate recruitment and full-cycle recruitment processes will be highly preferred. Demonstrated success in leading high-impact hiring campaigns and managing complex recruitment strategies aligns well with the expectations for this position.
Educational Qualification
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Advanced certifications in recruitment or human resources may provide an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
Source and recruit professionals for Infrastructure, Urban Development, Water Resources, Environment, Tourism, Social Development, Monitoring Evaluation, and Project Management assignments.
Identify and mobilize Key Experts and Non-Key Experts for government consultancy projects, tenders, and proposals.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on TORs, RFP requirements, and project eligibility criteria.
Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, offer management, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
Maintain and expand a strong network of consultants, domain experts, and industry professionals.
Support proposal and business development teams in expert sourcing and bid submissions.
Maintain consultant databases, recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and talent pipelines.
Collaborate with project teams, business development teams, and department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
Develop and publish job postings across recruitment platforms and professional networks.
Monitor recruitment KPIs including closure rate, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance ratio.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with recruitment processes.
Contribute to employer branding, workforce planning, and continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
Mentor junior recruiters and support talent acquisition initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
Proven expertise in recruitment strategies, including corporate and full-cycle recruitment.
Thorough understanding of recruitment tools and technologies, with hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Strong background in human resource management with a focus on talent acquisition.
Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities when evaluating candidates and making hiring recommendations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with hiring managers and candidates across multiple levels.
Ability to manage multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously while consistently meeting or exceeding hiring goals.

Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
Familiarity with emerging recruitment technologies and AI-driven talent solutions.
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in various regions is a plus.
Certifications such as SHRM-SCP or PHR may be beneficial for this role.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
