Job Summary:
CBS Group of Companies is seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
- Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and meeting schedules.
- Maintain company records, documents, and filing systems.
- Support HR activities including onboarding, employee records, and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in administration or office coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Preferred Skills:
