Key Responsibilities of Back Office Assistant:
- Maintain record of petty expenses that take place in the office daily.
- Maintain office stationery and pantry items.
- Maintain the file room and ensure that files are reconciled on a regular basis.
- Ensure confidential information is not moved from one workstation to another.
- Report any anomalous behaviour like data theft, identity mismatch.
- Suggest workflow improvements in back-office processes.
Skills and Qualifications for Back Office Assistant
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong diligence when it comes to managing the office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
- Keep stock of the office inventory that is expiring.
- Suggest cost improvement practices for the office expenses like stationery, pantry etc.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to manage small office events.
- Can manage schedules and trackers.
- Prior experience as a receptionist is a plus.
- Ability to manage office register like the visitor’s register etc.
Educational Qualifications
- SSC / HSC / Diploma or equivalent.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
