Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor inventory transactions including GRN, Putaway, Picking, Dispatch, Returns, Stock Transfers and Adjustments
- Ensure system inventory matches physical inventory through regular cycle counts and stock verification activities.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly inventory reconciliations and investigate stock variances.
- Analyse root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Generate inventory MIS, stock ageing reports, inventory accuracy reports and customer-specific reports.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving and damaged inventory and coordinate timely actions.
- Maintain inventory records in WMS/ERP and ensure transaction accuracy.
- Coordinate with Operations, Quality and Customer teams for inventory-related issues and audit requirements.
- Support internal audits, customer audits and process compliance activities.
- Drive process improvements to achieve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
✔ Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline.
✔ 2-5 years of experience in Inventory Management within 3PL, FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail or E-commerce warehouses.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
