Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (education sector preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language and presentable /sometimes they to go to branches and counsel parents
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and stay organised.
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle parent concerns professionally.
- Age btw – 21 to 30 years- preferred Female /male is also Fine
