Responsibilities:
Becoming an expert on travel experiences around the world
Act as a travel consultant to consumers and sell most fascinating trips (no cold calls).
Handling incoming queries across different channels like email, phone, whatsapp & social media
Booking hotels, taxi, flights, and assisting customers on visa documentation
Handle end to end responsibility of customer onboarding experience
Working in coordination with the Operations & Marketing team
Playing a critical part in achieving organisation’s revenue goals
Requirement:
Any graduate/post-graduate with minimum 1-2 year experience in a travel company.
Prior experience of international travel operations/sales
Basic knowledge of ticketing and visa
Passion to pursue a career in travel.
Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events
Open to work in a fast paced startup
