Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The SME will be responsible for bringing in-depth domain knowledge, driving process improvements, guiding project teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Provide expertise and technical guidance in your specialized domain.
- Support project teams in planning, execution, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best practices and SOPs.
- Assist in proposal preparation, technical documentation, and client presentations.
Continuously research and stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Management or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
