We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Fabric Consultant to join our organization and contribute to the design and delivery of enterprise-grade analytics solutions.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Microsoft Fabric Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Services, and modern data engineering technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
· Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
· Develop and maintain enterprise data architectures utilizing Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, OneLake, Data Factory, Data Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, and Notebooks.
· Build robust ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, validate, and integrate data from multiple on-premises and cloud-based data sources.
· Design and optimize semantic models, datasets, and data models to support enterprise reporting and self-service analytics.
· Develop interactive, visually compelling, and performance-optimized Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, solution architects, and technical teams to gather business requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
· Conduct data analysis, profiling, and quality assessments to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
· Implement and maintain data governance, security, compliance, and role-based access controls within the Microsoft Fabric platform.
· Optimize SQL queries, data pipelines, semantic models, and reporting performance to ensure scalability and efficiency.
· Integrate Microsoft Fabric with Azure Data Services, SQL Server, REST APIs, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise applications.
· Develop reusable frameworks, coding standards, and best practices for data engineering and business intelligence solutions.
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data integration, reporting, and platform performance.
· Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend scalable, cost-effective, and future-ready data platform solutions.
· Support migration projects from legacy BI and data warehouse platforms to Microsoft Fabric.
· Utilize Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD practices for source control, deployment, and release management where applicable.
· Conduct code reviews, prepare technical documentation, and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
· Mentor junior consultants and data engineers by providing technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and solution reviews.
· Prepare effort estimates, contribute to project planning, and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
· Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Fabric capabilities and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business value.
· Provide post-deployment support, monitor production environments, and continuously improve existing analytics solutions.
· Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
· Expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modeling.
· Experience with Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, OneLake, Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, and Notebooks.
· Strong SQL programming and query optimization skills.
· Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
· Experience in ETL/ELT development, data integration, and data transformation.
· Knowledge of data governance, security, and performance optimization.
· Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Overall Experience: 5–6 Years
· Relevant Experience in Microsoft Fabric: Minimum 3 Years (Mandatory)
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
· Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or Azure certifications will be an added advantage.
· Strong consulting and client-facing experience.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business problems.
· Candidates with an immediate to 90-day notice period will be preferred.
