- Team Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of stewarding staff.
- Allocate duties and shifts to stewards.
- Train and guide staff on cleaning procedures and safety standards.
- Kitchen Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Ensure all kitchen areas, dishwashing areas, and storage areas are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.
- Monitor proper sanitation practices as per hotel standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Dishwashing Operations
- Supervise the cleaning and sanitizing of dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure proper use of dishwashing machines and cleaning chemicals.
- Equipment & Inventory Management
- Maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Report damaged equipment and arrange for repairs or replacements.
- Waste Management
- Ensure proper segregation and disposal of kitchen waste.
- Maintain cleanliness in garbage disposal areas.
- Coordination with Kitchen Team
- Coordinate closely with chefs and kitchen staff to support smooth kitchen operations.
- Ensure timely availability of clean utensils and equipment.
- Safety Compliance
- Enforce workplace safety standards.
- Train staff in the safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
