Job Summary:
The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest service by handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest queries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing details.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements.
- Answer phone calls and emails in a courteous manner.
- Ensure lobby and reception area are clean and presentable.
- Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures.
- Upsell hotel services and facilities whenever possible.
- Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
