Job Responsibilities
- Execute the full recruitment lifecycle promptly, encompassing standardized procedures from initial requisition analysis to candidate onboarding completion.
- Conduct efficient candidate sourcing, resume analysis, and initial telephonic screening based on defined job requirements and candidate suitability metrics.
- Rigorously track and update all candidate progress immediately in the recruitment ATS to ensure data reliability.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with selected candidates to aggressively minimize the offer drop ratio.
- Coordinate with Department Heads (HODs) and management to schedule final interview rounds efficiently, prioritizing fulfilment of urgent staffing needs.
- Ensure timely adherence to recruitment metrics, particularly tracking the number of candidates joined and early employee attrition rates
- Support the integration and utilization of recruitment automation systems and external databases to maximize sourcing throughput and candidate identification.
- Initiate timely background verification processes for selected candidates, preparing required lists and sending necessary correspondence and follow-ups without procedural delay.
Role Requirements
Knowledge
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and standardized hiring workflows.
- Understanding of ATS/CRM platforms, automated HR systems, and data management tools.
- Knowledge of sourcing channels, screening parameters, and candidate suitability metrics.
- Understanding of recruitment KPIs, offer-to-join ratios, and attrition-related analytics.
Experience & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,184.62 per month
