Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead / QA Manager with a strong background in Test
Automation, Quality Engineering, and AI-driven Testing to lead our quality assurance
initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the quality strategy,
building scalable automation frameworks, implementing AI-powered testing practices,
and managing a team of QA engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software
products.
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a quality first mindset to drive continuous improvement across the software development
lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Leadership & Strategy
Test Automation
AI-Powered Quality Engineering
Define and implement the organization’s quality assurance and testing strategy.
Establish quality standards, processes, KPIs, and best practices across multiple projects.
Lead and mentor QA engineers, automation engineers, and quality analysts.
Drive a culture of quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with engineering, product, DevOps, and business teams to ensure quality
objectives are achieved.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, API,
and backend systems.
Lead automation initiatives using tools such as:
Selenium
Playwright
Cypress
Appium
Rest Assured
Postman
Establish automation coverage goals and continuously improve test effectiveness.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Functional & Non-Functional Testing
Quality Governance
Team Management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Implement AI-driven testing solutions to improve test coverage, defect prediction,
and test maintenance.
Evaluate and adopt AI tools for:
Automated test generation
Self-healing test scripts
Test impact analysis
Intelligent defect classification
Root cause analysis
Leverage Generative AI technologies to accelerate test case creation, documentation,
and quality reporting.
Collaborate with AI engineering teams to validate AI/ML models and AI-powered
applications.

Security Testing
Ensure comprehensive testing across microservices, APIs, cloud-native applications,
and distributed systems.
Define test metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
Conduct quality reviews and release readiness assessments.
Monitor defect trends and drive continuous process improvements.
Establish quality gates and release criteria.
Manage recruitment, mentoring, training, and performance management of QA team
members.
Conduct code reviews and automation framework reviews.
Drive technical growth and career development within the QA organization.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
3+ years of experience leading QA teams or managing quality engineering functions.
Strong hands-on experience in automation testing frameworks and tools.
