Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Native Developer with 5–7 years of software development experience, including extensive hands-on expertise in React Native application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable React Native applications for iOS and Android.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
- Translate business requirements and wireframes into functional and visually appealing mobile applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and third-party libraries.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure applications meet security, scalability, and reliability standards.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support app deployment processes to the App Store and Google Play Store.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and technologies.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- 5–7 years of software development experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of React Native architecture, components, hooks, and state management.
- Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, MobX, or similar state management libraries.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and API integration.
- Experience with native mobile development concepts for Android and iOS.
- Familiarity with Android Studio and Xcode.
- Knowledge of app performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Push Notifications).
- Understanding of mobile security best practices.
- Experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Knowledge of unit testing and integration testing frameworks such as Jest and React Native Testing Library.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Expo and React Native CLI.
- Knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
- Experience with CodePush, Fastlane, or similar deployment tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with microservices-based architectures.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
