We are looking for a store manager/in charge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi and at least one regional language such as Bengali or Nepali
- Spoken English is an advantage but not compulsory
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, sales, billing, stock handling, and customer service preferred
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome
- Good communication and people-management skills
- Honest, responsible, and customer-focused
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations
- Attend to customers and provide excellent service
- Supervise billing, inventory, and stock replenishment
- Coordinate with suppliers and store staff
- Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and product presentation
- Help drive sales and customer satisfaction
