Nrithya Digital Gurukulam is looking for a passionate, disciplined, and creative Kathak Teacher to join our growing online dance institution full-time.
In this role, you will balance live online teaching with creative curriculum development, choreography, and academic support for a global student base.
Work Structure & Hours
- Shift: 8 hours per day (Full-Time)
- Live Teaching: 4–5 hours daily conducting online sessions.
- Product & Academic Development: Remaining hours focused on choreography, content creation, and student support.
- Location: Remote / Online (Work from home)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging online Kathak classes for children and adults (Beginner to Advanced levels).
- Provide clear technical corrections, posture guidance, and regular feedback.
- Support students through practice routines, digital performances, and examinations.
- Develop innovative educational content, choreography, and structured learning materials.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding student progress and attendance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education (Preferred): Master’s degree or equivalent high-level certification in Kathak.
- Experience: 3+ years of teaching experience (Preferred).
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English (Preferred).
- Technical Skills: Confident handling online teaching tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and basic video/audio setups.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and inspire a virtual classroom.
- Punctual, responsible, and committed to long-term professional growth.
