L L Properties is hiring enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to support our real estate sales and lead generation activities. Freshers, experienced candidates, and freelancers are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Introduce and explain real estate projects and services
- Generate leads and maintain customer records
- Follow up with interested clients
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Update daily call reports
Requirements:
- Freshers can apply (training/support will be provided)
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident, target-oriented, and professional attitude
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on experience)
