Recruitment and Staffing: You will be responsible for finding and hiring new employees, managing job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Onboarding: You will manage new employee orientation and training programs, ensuring that new hires are properly integrated into the organization and are well-equipped to perform their job functions.
Employee Relations: You will be responsible for managing employee relations issues, providing support and guidance to employees on various issues such as workplace conflicts, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Performance Management: You will oversee the performance management process, which includes setting performance goals, monitoring employee progress, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
Compensation and Benefits: You will assist with administering employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that employees are fairly compensated and that benefit packages are competitive and attractive.
Compliance: You will ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor and employment, workplace safety, and equal employment opportunity.
Recordkeeping: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and other HR-related documentation.
