Job Summary The incumbent will be responsible for- Revenue targets of the unit- Productivity of the unit- Recruit, coach and develop ADMs and Agent Advisors- Adherence to Customer service standards Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables: Meet unit targets-Achieve revenue targets -Ensure FLS meeting WFYP Standards-Supervise the activity plan of Sales-Ensure that all ADMs and Agents under supervision perform as per the company’s rules and regulationsTrack productivity measures as for the unit -YTD WFYP and GPA-Encourage Protection Sales and Cross-Sell-Augmenting MTD Active Agent -Recruitment& Sales Calls traction at ADM level-Agent and ADM retention -Maintaining 13th& 25th Month Persistency at 88% Execute plans for growth of the agency-Identify, interview and select new ADMs from natural market and by networking -Ensure adherence to laid down sales and service standards for ADMs-Conduct weekly performance review and planning (PRP) for ADMs-Ensure retention of ADMs by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basisOther responsibilities-HO co-ordination-Sales promotion activities-Assist in overall running of the Office-Strong Relationship Building and Cross-Functional CollaborationMeasures of Success: -Achievement of business plan& GPA-Recruitment / Development& Activisation of ADM as per plan-Over All ADM meeting WFYP stds-New ADM Success in the Unit-ADM retention-Number of EC/MDRT QualifiersDesired qualification and experienceEducational Background: Graduate preferably with an MBAWork Experience: ?If MBA, minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and sales management, recruitment, supervision and development of people?A graduate should have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in the Insurance Industry ?Should have local market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizations
