We are looking for a skilled and responsible HR Manager for our Nagpur office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and client documentation. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling ESIC and PF calculations accurately
- Managing PF & ESIC onboarding and offboarding processes through government portals
- Preparing billing as per attendance records
- Drafting and managing client contracts and agreements
- Tracking operations of company branches in other cities
- Ensuring statutory compliance and documentation is up to date
- Coordinating with accounts and operations teams for smooth HR functioning
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in HR operations
- Strong knowledge of PF & ESIC processes and websites
- Experience in attendance-based billing
- Good drafting skills for contracts and documentation
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Experience in a Facilities Management company will be preferred
- Looking for a stable, long-term role
