Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support business decision making.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and budgeting activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with auditors for financial audits.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in financial planning, cost control, and risk management.
- Work closely with management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Handle GST, and other statutory filings as per government regulations.
- Utilize financial software and ERP systems for efficient financial management.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for funding and related matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA in Finance preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in a finance-related role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Spreadsheet, and other financial software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
