We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations for our retail garment business. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, stock management, dispatch coordination, and warehouse team supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Manage garment stock receiving, checking, and storage.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse and retail stores.
- Monitor inward and outward material movement.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Maintain proper documentation of GRN, dispatch, and stock reports.
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
- Ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Coordinate with store teams, purchase department, and logistics partners.
- Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and losses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in retail garment industry.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle stock audits and reporting.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
