Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Manager – Inventory Head to manage end-to-end store operations and inventory control for our fashion accessories brand. The candidate will ensure proper stock management of raw materials and finished goods, timely issuance of materials, ERP updates, and coordination with merchandising and production teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complete store operations including raw materials and finished fashion accessories
- Issue materials as per approved Purchase Orders (POs)
- Release PO to karigars/vendors post confirmation from Merchandiser
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, and Store teams for smooth workflow
- Maintain proper inward and outward stock records
- Monitor stock levels and alert ERP/Management for low inventory
- Track pending POs and ensure timely follow-ups
- Ensure material packets are prepared as per management instructions
- Maintain systematic arrangement of stock at designated store locations
- Ensure accuracy in ERP entries for stock movement
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical stock verification
- Prevent stock damage, pilferage, or mismanagement
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization within store premises
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of raw materials used in fashion accessories
- Strong attention to detail
- Good record-keeping and inventory management skills
- Time management and multitasking ability
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Proactive and responsible work approach
- Basic understanding of production flow in fashion/accessories industry
Education:
- Basic education required
- Graduate preferred (not mandatory)
Computer Knowledge:
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- ERP software knowledge – preferable
Experience:
- Preferable 2–10 years of experience in store/inventory management
- Experience in fashion accessories / apparel / lifestyle brand preferred
