We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong design sensibilities, technical proficiency, and leadership capabilities to oversee and deliver high-quality architectural projects across our diverse portfolio.
Position Details
Position: Senior Architect
Experience Required: 5 to 7 Years
Working days: Monday to Saturday(Second Saturday is off)
Working Time: 10:00am to 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end architectural design for residential, hospitality, hotel/restaurant, and greenfield projects.
- Develop conceptual designs, schematic drawings, design development documents, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Oversee and mentor junior architects and design team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior design consultants for integrated project delivery.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality control at every stage.
- Prepare and review tender documents, BOQs, and coordinate with contractors during execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve on-site design issues.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, materials, and construction technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in architectural design with a reputed design firm.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
- Proven experience in residential, hospitality, hotel/restaurant, and/or greenfield projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, building materials, and construction methodologies.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
